Invoice
We will confirm our availability based on your requests and send you an invoice with all final selections. From there, you will need to pay your deposit ASAP in order to reserve your spot.
Impress
The day of the picnic, all you need to do is sit back and enjoy! We handle setup, takedown, as well as any agreed-upon deliveries or activities. Please tag us in your photos @sdpicnicstation!

Delivery is included anywhere south of La Jolla, San Diego. For every 5 miles north, these is a $10 travel fee. Unless you have a specific location in mind, please choose from our most popularly requested and gorgeous scenic locations As a bonus, home/backyard picnics receive an extra 30min - 1hr free!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, in which case youβll receive a credit note valid for 30 days to reschedule, from your original booking date. Second cancellation will only be given a 14 day credit note to reschedule, from your second cancelled booking date. Third cancellation will result in no option to reschedule and no refunds. No exceptions.
Do you stay during the picnic?
No, I leave as soon as I greet and welcome you to your luxury picnic. Once your booking time is over, I arrive to pack and clean up. If you wish to leave earlier, please let me know with 15-30 minutes advance notice so items are not left unattended.
What are our options for food and drink?
Food is not included; only waters. Youβre welcome to bring your own or I may deliver food from a restaurant within 3mi of your picnic location, for a delivery fee of $20.
Do I need a permit for my picnic?
The answer depends on the location, number of guests and a few other factors. Our packages do not include permits but we are happy to discuss the permit process upon request. Please note most state and city beaches parks will require at least 3 weeks for a permit to be approved.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend to book within 2 weeks to 3 months in advance. Last minute bookings of 2-13 days in advance are less likely to be available. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your booking date. Payments are contactless and accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp.
What is your weather policy?
While it is rare, we sometimes need to move locations or change your picnic date due to bad weather. If it looks like it may affect your reservation, we will contact you in advance of your picnic to discuss your options. There is no cancellation charge due to bad weather.
